remember when i found those black cockatoos in australia by following the sound of chewing? it's like that

Cookie loved the new toy I made and went to it right away. Wood chewing, bell ringing. I also made new mulberry perches for the conures. Hmm. There was a day when I worried that the mulberry tree was a mistake that would grow too fast, but I reckoned without the helpfulness of the peachfront conure beak. They'll have it back down to bush size before I leave for JNB. It's nearly there already.
